Steve's diverse work experience of more than 35 years includes almost 25 years as a leader in non-profits.

Non-Profits: A variety of roles at Habitat for Humanity International and St. Paul's School focused on imagining and implementing fundraising strategies, programs, and metrics. First as a volunteer and then as a Canon in the Episcopal Church, focused on congregational vitality, diocesan financial management, communications, and crisis response / intervention with distressed parishes.

Technology: More than six years as a leader in software development organizations with most of that time spent in Microsoft's Developer Tools division.

Military Service: Commissioned in the Marine Corps upon graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy and served seven years as an Artillery Officer, including direct combat operations in Desert Storm.

Community Service: Serves on non-profit boards in New Hampshire and Pennsylvania, including serving as a Board Treasurer.
